“I love this office and their ENTIRE staff! Sylvia Bugarin, Dr. East, and Dr. Hess ALWAYS take the time to explain things to me when I ask, and let me tell you I ask A TON of questions. They truly want the best for their patients. Facing back surgery at 30 years old was not exactly what I wanted to hear. They have been working with me doing injections and physical therapy to put off surgery for as long as possible. They continue to monitor my pain level, they call to check on me & continue to do everything in their power to keep me from going under the knife for the time being. Morgan always makes sure I am in and out as quickly as possible and keeps everyone on time with patients! This is a huge plus, who wants to spend hours at the doctors office…not me! “I came to see Dr. East after trying so many other medical treatments on my shoulder related to a sports injury. Other doctors told me I would probably need surgery if I wanted pain relief. After doing an MRI, Dr East came up with a treatment plan and after 4 weeks I’m seeing dramatic results and on my way to complete healing in my shoulder. Their office is so professional and they were able to provide me with the pain relief I needed without having to do an invasive surgery. I highly recommend their services.”

They have really helped reducing my pain level form a slip and fall. Sylvia diagnosed and Dr. Hess also injected my own Stem Cells in my knee that helped reduce that pain as well. “I have been seeing the doctors, specifically/mostly Sylvia, here for over a year now and they have been very comprehensive and caring with my chronic back pain. It has been a long road, and as previous experience has illustrated to me the care received for my condition can cary drastically and sometimes be insensitive-but not here! “After four years and seven doctors who would simply dismiss me and not believe that I was in pain “because I was too young to be in so much pain” Sylvia and Dr. Hess were the first doctors to work with me and finally made me feel like I could trust a doctor again.
